- Introduction of roles - Bestman, Bridesmaid, Emcees, Reception table helpers, flower girl (no need to be present), page boy (no need to be present)
- Briefing of accountability - Who to look for when in need of help or uncertain about things, or who to direct different queries to
- Briefing of responsibilities - what to do, how to do, when to do, where to do, who to work with etc
- Briefing of logistics requirements - who to have what, who to keep what etc
- Run through of emcee script, morning schedule and dinner schedule
- Run through of hotel layout, and dinner layout
- Run through of dress code
- Thank everyone and have a great dinner.
