It was really not too bad! The D24 ice cream was really quite nice!

Batam Holiday: 18-20 May 2010

We went to Batam for three days together with Alvin and Mayvis. A short getaway and just to rejuvenate ourselves, and get our minds relaxed ready to start work.


Such a coincidence, the two guys wore the same tshirt that we had bought in Hong Kong!

Overall, it did served its purpose to let us just relax and get our thoughts back together, ready to face the challenges life throws at us!

Playground escapade during MIL's housewarming

Marcus' mother threw a housewarming party at her new home.. Technically, they have shifted in for about 3 months, but they were too busy settling in and unpacking.

It's been a difficult journey, but mother has finally gotten her place, and it's not any other place, but a home to her and Mayvis.

There were just too many people squeezed into the three-room flat and it was a hot day. The four of us - Marcus, myself, Alvin and Mayvis decided to bring little Nicholas down to the playground to sweat it out (and yeah, actually it was also because he was getting whiny and wanted to go).

And we brought mummy out for lunch!
