We have signed the papers for the house!!!

After viewing a few flats, with me in a wheelchair and Marcus having to carry me up and down the stairs for flats with no direct lift access, we have finally made up our mind and decided to make an offer for a flat.

Located just like 1/2 carpark away from my parents place (literally. When I stand at the lift lobby at my parents' place, I can see the room windows of my new place), it is a five room flat, and originally came with 4 bedrooms. However, the previous owner had hacked away the study room, and we are left with a huge living room and three bedrooms. Total floor space is about 123sqm.

The good thing about the place is that the kitchen is quite big (square), and there is a place for the dining area, and the living room is quite big. However, there are a lot of beams around the house, and being on the 12th storey, there is a huge ass structural support beam going straight down the middle of the living room.

Oh well, Marcus and I have to decide on how we want the house to be renovated, and start looking for quotes now!
