Eating here is totally a unique eating experience. First of all, there is a three-story building built by the river. The building is where you will sit and eat your dinner, and there is a kitchen on the first floor. Instead of having tanks and tanks of fresh seafood for you to choose from, there is a line of vendors hawking their fresh seafood for you.

Lots of different kinds of fish for you to choose

Water Beetles anyone?

So after you have decided on what seafood you want, and haggled on the price and paid for your fresh ingredients, you can choose to either bring it home to cook or eat at the restaurant. You will bring your seafood into the kitchen, and instruct them on how you want each dish to be cooked: steamed with garlic, steamed (original flavour), fried, boiled to be soup etc.
Then you proceed to your tables, your food will be served, and you will be billed at the end of the meal.
To me, the most interesting thing about the place was how the seafood were placed out for your choice. And that's why I only have pictures of that. Oh, and also, cause my fingers were dirty from eating crabs, prawns, scallops etc that I did not want to dirty my camera! :D
And then, it was off to KTV, before calling it a night at close to 2am.. :D Happy Birthday Daniel! Hope you enjoyed your birthday celebration with us!
