Shenzhen (07 & 08 August 2009)

Headed to Shenzhen along with Daniel and Xiaoting as they needed to go deliver some samples for work. We drove up on Friday night, and spent Saturday shopping!


华强北. This is like the Sim Lim of Shenzhen. Spread across like four or five buildings!


Can you see the crowd? Scary!


Our lunch - So called chef's recommendation, looked good in pictures, came out yucky..


The different sauces for our fried pork knuckles and the chicken.


Disappointed with the food.


Most of the 7-11s in China and Hong Kong smells quite strongly of food. Cause they have these! Like curry fishballs and a few other stuff!

Headed to 东门步行街 for shopping, and this was our loot!


Blinged up Hello Kitty casing for my iPod. Which eventually, I stopped using, cause with the case, I can't pop it into our iPod dock.


Lots of PJs and other small stuffs like bookmarks etc.


And doughnuts! haha

Basically, it was just a simple weekend spent with good company!
